Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and instructor-led courses
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training requirements and instructional strategies
• Develop course design documents, storyboards, and assessments, while evaluating products for instructional effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Instructional Systems Design and developing training programs
• Current Top Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience designing training in Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel Security
• Knowledge of research and analytical techniques in security and counterintelligence analysis
