Job Summary

To support federal projects, the fully remote Top Secret Instructional Designer will define learning objectives, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create instructional materials, including courses and training manuals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document learning objectives for instructional materials
• Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content
• Create and redesign instructional materials to optimize learning experiences

Required qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Experience in Federal Instructional System Design (ISD)
• Proficiency in creating visual, audio, and interactive learning tools
• Ability to design content that meets learner needs
• Experience in generating layouts for learning supports
