Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to support program leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy PM, supporting overall program leadership and execution
• Facilitate Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings to ensure alignment and progress
• Monitor and report BPA performance and workshare metrics

Required Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree in a related field
• Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments
• Certifications: PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
• Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams
