Job Summary

As a remote Total Loss Adjuster (Texas Licensed), the successful candidate will negotiate and settle total loss claims, deliver exceptional claim experiences, and manage the salvage process while working full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers an industry-leading claim experience for all policyholders and claimants
• Negotiates and settles total loss situations with policyholders and claimants
• Prepares salvage vehicles for auction and oversees the end-to-end salvage process

Required qualifications

• Successful experience handling insurance claims, particularly auto total loss claims
• Currently licensed in home state; ability to obtain Texas license within three months
• Familiarity with claims best practices
• High sense of professionalism and empathy
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
