Key Responsibilities

• Settle total loss claims with owners and lienholders, securing vehicle releases and negotiating fees
• Process paperwork for title transfers and salvage returns while mitigating associated expenses
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and document all interactions related to claims

Required Qualifications

• Experience in completing total loss settlements with an insurance carrier
• 2-5 years of experience in auto total loss settlement within the insurance industry
• Thorough understanding of automobile terminology, total loss classification, and estimating platforms
• Working knowledge of UPD estimates, parts costs, and fraud detection
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual environment
