Job Summary

Total Loss Settlement Supervisor, a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing total loss claims, coaching a competitive team, and managing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of claims, ensuring adherence to SOPs and driving adjuster results
• Provide coaching and training to team members, including managing HR-related tasks
• Compile and analyze reports on team performance and manage escalated claims communications

Required Qualifications

• Current leadership experience in total loss settlements with an insurance carrier
• 2-5 years of experience in Auto Total Loss Settlement within the insurance industry
• 1+ year of proven results in leading a Total Loss Settlement team
• Extensive knowledge of automobile total loss processes and estimating platforms
• Thorough understanding of automobile terminology and vehicle construction
