Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Loss Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and process Total Loss and Insurance Repair accounts in accordance with regulations and policies
- Handle high volume calls related to Total Loss and Insurance Repair from internal and external customers
- Complete end-to-end Total Loss and Insurance Repair functions accurately and within established service levels
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
- Experience within the auto finance industry preferred
- Basic math skills for calculating cost benefit analyses, including insurance claims
- Experience in Total Loss and/or Insurance Repair processes preferred
