Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Loss Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, review, and process Total Loss and Insurance Repair accounts in accordance with regulations and policies
  • Handle high volume calls related to Total Loss and Insurance Repair from internal and external customers
  • Complete end-to-end Total Loss and Insurance Repair functions accurately and within established service levels


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
  • Experience within the auto finance industry preferred
  • Basic math skills for calculating cost benefit analyses, including insurance claims
  • Experience in Total Loss and/or Insurance Repair processes preferred
