Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Loss Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, review, and process Total Loss and Insurance Repair accounts in accordance with regulations and service levels
  • Handle high volume calls related to Total Loss and Insurance Repair inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Complete end-to-end Total Loss and Insurance Repair functions accurately and in compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
  • Experience in the auto finance industry preferred
  • Basic math skills for calculating cost-benefit analyses and insurance claims
  • Knowledge of Total Loss and Insurance Repair processes preferred
