Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advisor, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation and benefits reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Manage employee leave programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries
- Assist with compliance activities and contribute to employee engagement and recognition initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits
- Knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. Total Rewards practices
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- CCP or CBP designation is a plus
