Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor, Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support compensation and benefits reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage employee leave programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries
  • Assist with compliance activities and contribute to employee engagement and recognition initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits
  • Knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. Total Rewards practices
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • CCP or CBP designation is a plus
