Job Summary

Supporting the Total Rewards function remotely, the contract Total Rewards Analyst will manage compensation programs, conduct data analysis, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer compensation programs, including planning tool and system maintenance
  • Design reports and tools to equip HR Business Partners with actionable data
  • Support analysis, design, and administration of insurance, wellness, and retirement programs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant Total Rewards experience
  • SuccessFactors experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for working with numbers
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and committed to continuous learning
