Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst who will primarily focus on compensation, supporting the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights for benefits and compensation decision-making
  • Analyze market data to ensure competitive positioning in compensation surveys
  • Assist in the administration and management of employee benefits programs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Compensation or Benefits roles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • A team player with a strong interest in learning and professional growth
