Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to provide compensation and benefits expertise and support for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and guidelines for new hire offers, promotions, adjustments, transfers, etc
  • Develop recommendations to attract, motivate, and retain key talent
  • Administer benefit programs, respond to employee inquiries, and complete monthly reconciliation and processing of benefit carrier invoices

Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits design and administration principles, laws, and practices
  • Solid working knowledge of compensation programs and processes
  • Thorough understanding of benefits administration and leave of absence policies, as well as state and federal laws governing leaves
