Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking roles, analyzing role requirements and pulling correct compensation comparable data
  • Run reports and analyze benefits data in support of benefits systems and benefit audit tasks
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide Total Rewards offerings

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
  • 1+ years of benefit experience preferred and 1+ years of compensation experience essential
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency with complex spreadsheets
  • Experience handling highly confidential information
  • CBP or CCP Certification preferred
