Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking
• Administer employee benefits plans and analyze reward program data

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS preferred
• Understanding of core compensation principles and job evaluation
• Experience in benefits administration and vendor management
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
