Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support benefits, compensation, payroll, and HRIS administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Benefits and Compensation in creating project plans and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Analyze HR workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance standards
  • Experience working in HRIS or HCM systems is strongly preferred
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
