Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support benefits, compensation, payroll, and HRIS administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Benefits and Compensation in creating project plans and coordinating with stakeholders
- Analyze HR workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Manage employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance standards
- Experience working in HRIS or HCM systems is strongly preferred
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
