Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking, analyzing role requirements and compensation data
- Drive core processes for compensation approvals and maintain job architecture
- Compile, manipulate, and analyze compensation data, including running ad hoc reports in Workday
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
- 1+ years of compensation experience essential
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in complex spreadsheets
- Experience handling highly confidential information
