Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking, analyzing role requirements and compensation data
  • Drive core processes for compensation approvals and maintain job architecture
  • Compile, manipulate, and analyze compensation data, including running ad hoc reports in Workday
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
  • 1+ years of compensation experience essential
  • Strong business acumen with proficiency in complex spreadsheets
  • Experience handling highly confidential information
