Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market pricing, support job architecture, and provide data-driven compensation recommendations
  • Administer U.S. benefits programs and manage employee benefits inquiries and compliance
  • Support total rewards integration for acquisitions and adapt programs for a global workforce
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and handling large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration
  • Exposure to equity programs such as stock options or RSUs is preferred
