Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst who will play a key role in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and maintenance of base pay structures, incentive programs, and job evaluation processes
- Conduct compensation analyses and support annual merit/incentive planning
- Assist in the administration and analysis of health, welfare, and retirement plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis
- Experience in a private-equity-backed or high-growth health care environment preferred
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with HRIS systems preferred
- CCP or CBP certification is a plus
