Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support total rewards projects, including pay equity analysis and program enhancements
- Prepare organizational data for salary/benefit surveys and assist in data-driven HR guidance
- Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance, while managing HR support inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, compensation, analytics, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation or benefits data preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information sensitively
