Key Responsibilities
  • Support total rewards projects, including pay equity analysis and program enhancements
  • Prepare organizational data for salary/benefit surveys and assist in data-driven HR guidance
  • Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance, while managing HR support inquiries
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, compensation, analytics, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation or benefits data preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information sensitively
