Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to manage and enhance total rewards programs across sales and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the total rewards strategy to align with business objectives and market competitiveness
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to design and improve sales incentive compensation plans
  • Lead annual open enrollment planning and manage relationships with benefit vendors
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of compensation experience, particularly in sales incentive and corporate compensation programs
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation structures and design
  • Strong math and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with market pricing tools and compensation surveys
  • Familiarity with sales compensation and HRIS platforms
