Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Enablement Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain advanced analytical models for pay range development and recalibration
- Analyze pay outcomes to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for compensation decisions
- Create dashboards and reporting solutions to translate complex compensation data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, HR, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Typically 8 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on data analytics
- Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Advanced experience in Excel; experience with Python, R, or SQL preferred
