Job Summary
Supporting a diverse workforce, the hybrid Total Rewards Analyst will administer employee benefit programs, serve as a resource for benefits inquiries, and partner with vendors to enhance benefits administration.
Key responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering employee benefits questions and ensuring accurate support
- Assist with HRIS data integrity, reporting, and compliance initiatives while supporting annual open enrollment
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or HR administration
- Experience with employee benefits and leave administration
- Proficiency in Excel and maintaining accurate employee data
- Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities
