Job Summary

Supporting a diverse workforce, the hybrid Total Rewards Analyst will administer employee benefit programs, serve as a resource for benefits inquiries, and partner with vendors to enhance benefits administration.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering employee benefits questions and ensuring accurate support
  • Assist with HRIS data integrity, reporting, and compliance initiatives while supporting annual open enrollment
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or HR administration
  • Experience with employee benefits and leave administration
  • Proficiency in Excel and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities
