Total Rewards Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and analysis of compensation and benefits programs, the full-time Total Rewards Analyst will work remotely to enhance employee engagement and business performance through data-driven insights and program administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis and administration of total rewards programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
• Support the design and rollout of compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs aligned with business strategy
• Conduct benchmarking and financial modeling to inform program decisions and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, equity, or total rewards analysis
• Education in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Interest in using AI and analytics to enhance reporting and program efficiency
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders
