Job Summary

Supporting Total Rewards operations, the full-time remote Total Rewards Analyst will enhance compensation and benefits programs, conduct market pricing analyses, and provide employee support while collaborating with HR and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Leverage technology for external market pricing and prepare pricing analyses
  • Support annual compensation processes, including evaluations and recommendations for salary structures
  • Administer benefits-related onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, global compensation, and/or global benefits
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced capabilities
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Workday experience is a plus, preferably with Advanced Compensation knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
