Job Summary
Supporting Total Rewards operations, the full-time remote Total Rewards Analyst will enhance compensation and benefits programs, conduct market pricing analyses, and provide employee support while collaborating with HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leverage technology for external market pricing and prepare pricing analyses
- Support annual compensation processes, including evaluations and recommendations for salary structures
- Administer benefits-related onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, global compensation, and/or global benefits
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced capabilities
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data
- Workday experience is a plus, preferably with Advanced Compensation knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
