Total Rewards Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of compensation programs, the remote Total Rewards Analyst will analyze internal and external compensation data, support annual review processes, and leverage automation to improve workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to support salary ranges, job leveling, and pay equity reviews
• Support the planning and execution of annual merit, bonus, and equity review processes
• Identify opportunities for automation to streamline data validation and reporting workflows

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data modeling and validation
• Experience supporting annual compensation or benefits cycles from planning to audit
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes through automation or workflow design
