Total Rewards Analyst

Job Summary

To support and evolve global compensation programs and benefits offerings, the full-time remote Total Rewards Analyst will manage compensation analysis, benefits administration, and data reporting while ensuring equitable and employee-centered experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer annual and mid-year compensation cycles, maintaining accuracy in system updates and job pricing
• Oversee day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments and compliance activities, while serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries
• Maintain data accuracy across compensation and benefits systems, generating reports and identifying opportunities for operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a global or remote setting
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation/benefits management tools such as Workday
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier and AI technologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex information clearly
