Total Rewards Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote Total Rewards Analyst will support benefits and compensation programs across the Americas, ensuring accurate and compliant administration while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the benefits renewal process and coordinate with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Support the execution of market adjustments and annual merit increase cycles, including data preparation and validation
• Serve as a front-line resource for benefit inquiries and manage the Leave of Absence processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, preferably with multi-country exposure
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining benefits and compensation concepts
