- Refining total rewards philosophy, scaling compensation and benefits programs, and building HR technology infrastructure
- Evolving immigration and mobility programs for distributed employee base
- Managing and coaching a high-performing team, creating employee-centric programs and reinforcing company values
Required Qualifications:
- Team and company-wide get togethers
- Minimum of 10 years of Total Rewards experience within dynamic scaling companies
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive total rewards strategies
- In-depth knowledge of compensation methodologies and experience designing and implementing global programs
- Strategic management of employee benefits and leave programs
