Key Responsibilities:

• Refining total rewards philosophy, scaling compensation and benefits programs, and building HR technology infrastructure
• Evolving immigration and mobility programs for distributed employee base
• Managing and coaching a high-performing team, creating employee-centric programs and reinforcing company values

Required Qualifications:

• Team and company-wide get togethers
• Minimum of 10 years of Total Rewards experience within dynamic scaling companies
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive total rewards strategies
• In-depth knowledge of compensation methodologies and experience designing and implementing global programs
• Strategic management of employee benefits and leave programs
