Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards and People Operations Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve globally strategy development, design, implementation, communication, administration and governance of all compensation and benefit programs
- Lead global best practices for job evaluation, job classification/reclassification, salary structures, benefit plans and retirement programs
- Provide thought leadership and consultation to senior leaders for the global development of total rewards methodologies and philosophy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years managing Compensation and Benefits including 2 years of global experience
- 3+ years managing Compensation and Benefits for a SaaS company
- Current knowledge of US federal, state, regional regulations a must
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification a plus
