Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards and People Operations Head.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve globally strategy development, design, implementation, communication, administration and governance of all compensation and benefit programs
  • Lead global best practices for job evaluation, job classification/reclassification, salary structures, benefit plans and retirement programs
  • Provide thought leadership and consultation to senior leaders for the global development of total rewards methodologies and philosophy
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years managing Compensation and Benefits including 2 years of global experience
  • 3+ years managing Compensation and Benefits for a SaaS company
  • Current knowledge of US federal, state, regional regulations a must
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification a plus
