Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Total Rewards to support the administration and promotion of Total Rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefits matters
  • Coordinate with third-party administrators to resolve issues and maintain benefit and compensation data
  • Support knowledge management activities, including documentation updates and employee training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field
  • At least 3 years of related experience, with equivalent combinations of education and experience considered
  • Working knowledge of Total Rewards trends and regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, able to multi-task in dynamic environments
