Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, Total Rewards to support the administration and promotion of Total Rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefits matters
- Coordinate with third-party administrators to resolve issues and maintain benefit and compensation data
- Support knowledge management activities, including documentation updates and employee training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field
- At least 3 years of related experience, with equivalent combinations of education and experience considered
- Working knowledge of Total Rewards trends and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, able to multi-task in dynamic environments
