Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards & Compliance Director to lead the development and implementation of compensation, performance management, and compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance of compensation, benefits, and people programs with regulatory requirements
  • Design and deliver performance management programs that align with organizational objectives
  • Serve as a strategic leader in organizational design and career pathing initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an HR-related field and/or HR certification (CCP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
  • Experience leading total rewards and/or performance programs within an organization
  • Knowledge of benefits strategy and payroll processes/procedures
  • Experience managing HR compliance in multi-state environments
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data-driven decision-making
