Job Summary

To support a dynamic and expanding company, the full-time remote Total Rewards Consultant will manage and support compensation programs, conduct market analysis, and design compensation strategies to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct regular market pay analysis and maintain job classifications to ensure competitive compensation
  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and incentive plans
  • Serve as an internal consultant on compensation matters and analyze data to support senior leadership decision-making
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation or HR, with strong knowledge of compensation principles and market analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with compensation management tools and relevant legal regulations
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred
