Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards, Director to manage compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the compensation and benefits staff
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of pay and benefits programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in compensation and/or benefits
  • 1+ years' experience with people management (preferred)
  • Proven ability to interact with all levels of associates and management
  • Local to Northern VA, DC or MD is preferred
