Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management
• Strong compensation knowledge and experience
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team
• In-depth knowledge of compensation principles and program administration
