Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Leader to manage global compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the global compensation strategy, including salary, equity, and incentives
- Oversee the annual merit, bonus, and equity review process, collaborating with finance and HR teams
- Maintain a scalable job leveling framework and lead the global benefits strategy across multiple countries
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex equity scenarios
- Familiarity with international labor markets and global total reward program execution
- Experience with compensation tools such as Pave, Radford, Ashby, and Rippling
- Ability to make high-stakes decisions in a rapidly evolving industry
