Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage the global compensation strategy, including salary, equity, and incentives

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex equity scenarios
  • Familiarity with international labor markets and global total reward program execution
  • Experience with compensation tools such as Pave, Radford, Ashby, and Rippling
  • Ability to make high-stakes decisions in a rapidly evolving industry
