Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead team members in implementing and administering Total Rewards plans, processes, and tools
  • Develop and execute integrated plans, policies, and procedures
  • Anticipate future trends and design breakthrough programs
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation or rewards programs
  • 10+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting
  • 10+ years of experience leading teams
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBA) designation, or similar preferred
