Lead team members in implementing and administering Total Rewards plans, processes, and tools
Develop and execute integrated plans, policies, and procedures
Anticipate future trends and design breakthrough programs

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in compensation or rewards programs
10+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting
10+ years of experience leading teams
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBA) designation, or similar preferred
