Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with organizational initiatives
  • Manage benefits and compensation programs, including vendor relationships and compliance reporting
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and support for compensation and benefit actions

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HR experience in US & Canadian Benefits and Compensation
  • Knowledge of US and California regulatory requirements related to Total Rewards programs
  • Experience with benchmarking tools and compensation surveys
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong process and project management skills
