Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with organizational initiatives
Manage benefits and compensation programs, including vendor relationships and compliance reporting
Provide reporting, analysis, and support for compensation and benefit actions

Qualifications:

5+ years of HR experience in US & Canadian Benefits and Compensation
Knowledge of US and California regulatory requirements related to Total Rewards programs
Experience with benchmarking tools and compensation surveys
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Strong process and project management skills
