Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration of U.S. benefits programs and oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy and a positive employee experience
  • Support global benefits operations and harmonization initiatives across various regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Act as a compensation business partner, providing guidance on job leveling, salary placement, and supporting annual compensation review cycles
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards
  • Strong expertise in U.S. health & welfare plans and retirement plans
  • Experience supporting global benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS and payroll platforms
