Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration and implementation of compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals
- Participate in the design and management of compensation programs, conducting evaluations and analyses
- Oversee a team administering employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with a Master's degree or 8 years with a Bachelor's degree in Total Rewards or related field
- Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Preferred certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Compensation Professional, and Certified Benefits Professional
