Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to oversee compensation strategy and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve cash and equity compensation structures, including salary bands and equity guidelines
- Lead compensation philosophy application and refine incentive compensation structures for revenue-facing teams
- Oversee benefits programs and ensure competitive and scalable offerings
Required Qualifications
- ~7-10 years of experience in total rewards with a focus on compensation
- Strong experience in compensation program design and benchmarking
- Hands-on experience with incentive compensation programs
- Experience in tech startups, with exposure to public sector sales/revenue preferred
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
