Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to oversee compensation strategy and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve cash and equity compensation structures, including salary bands and equity guidelines
  • Lead compensation philosophy application and refine incentive compensation structures for revenue-facing teams
  • Oversee benefits programs and ensure competitive and scalable offerings
Required Qualifications
  • ~7-10 years of experience in total rewards with a focus on compensation
  • Strong experience in compensation program design and benchmarking
  • Hands-on experience with incentive compensation programs
  • Experience in tech startups, with exposure to public sector sales/revenue preferred
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
