Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Total Rewards Manager responsible for developing and executing compensation and benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global compensation analysis and administration, ensuring alignment with performance management frameworks
  • Conduct job analysis and market pricing reviews to determine pay classifications and salary structures
  • Support global benefits administration and compliance with federal and state benefit laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards with a focus on compensation analysis
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification preferred; Workday experience highly preferred
