  • Manage benefits administration, including program design, open enrollment, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, with expertise in payroll, compensation, benefits, and equity
  • At least 3 years of direct equity program management experience
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems
