- Design and administer competitive compensation programs and oversee annual review cycles
- Manage benefits administration, including program design, open enrollment, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in total rewards, with expertise in payroll, compensation, benefits, and equity
- At least 3 years of direct equity program management experience
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems
