Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Total Rewards Manager will oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and supporting talent attraction and retention across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement competitive compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with the company's Total Rewards philosophy and financial objectives
  • Lead the Total Rewards team, providing coaching and direction to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CCP preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, with prior people leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of compensation best practices and relevant regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation tools and Excel
  • Experience managing annual compensation cycles and employee benefits operations
