Seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and develop Ashby's total rewards function, focusing on compensation, equity, and benefits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to attract and retain top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Build and evolve Ashby's compensation infrastructure, including compensation bands and market positioning
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive compensation practices and adapt strategies accordingly
- Own and continuously evaluate the Total Rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, and perks
Required qualifications
- Several years of progressive Total Rewards experience in high-growth organizations
- Deep expertise in compensation program development and infrastructure
- Experience building and scaling compensation frameworks for globally distributed teams
- Strong analytical skills to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex Total Rewards topics to diverse audiences
