Total Rewards Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for designing and implementing Total Rewards programs, the full-time salaried Total Rewards & People Experience Manager will manage compensation, benefits, and employee development initiatives while serving as a hands-on HR partner in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a Total Rewards strategy that aligns with business goals and employee needs
• Administer employee benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring effective communication and compliance
• Support employee relations and performance management, providing guidance to managers and employees

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on Total Rewards and HR management
• Demonstrated experience in designing and administering compensation programs and job architecture
• Strong background in benefits administration, including renewals and compliance
• Experience managing employee relations and performance management processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
