Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to develop and refine their total rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, administration, and clear communication of comprehensive programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure adherence to legal employment requirements and provide guidance and training to staff
- Manage payroll processing, payroll records, and payroll compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards Management
- Experience in managing multi-level compensation plans and payroll for large teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience with HRIS and Payroll Management systems
