Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and support HR analytics and reporting
  • Assist with compensation processes and benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor coordination
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or total rewards programs
  • Experience with leave of absence programs and health & welfare programs required
  • HRIS experience required; Dayforce experience preferred
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CEBS preferred
