Job Summary
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support HR analytics and reporting
- Assist with compensation processes and benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or total rewards programs
- Experience with leave of absence programs and health & welfare programs required
- HRIS experience required; Dayforce experience preferred
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CEBS preferred
