Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Partner to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the Total Rewards strategy and programs for the assigned sector
  • Build relationships and influence HR Business Partners and business leaders on Total Rewards matters
  • Lead administration and communication of Total Reward processes, including annual compensation planning
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a large matrixed and global organization, particularly in manufacturing or aerospace
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory factors impacting compensation and rewards programs
  • Experience advising on HR policies related to compensation and benefits
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and reward applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
