Job Summary

- Execute the Total Rewards strategy and programs for the assigned sector
- Build relationships and influence HR Business Partners and business leaders on Total Rewards matters
- Lead administration and communication of Total Reward processes, including annual compensation planning
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a large matrixed and global organization, particularly in manufacturing or aerospace
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory factors impacting compensation and rewards programs
- Experience advising on HR policies related to compensation and benefits
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and reward applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
