Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field
• Typically 10+ years of Total Rewards experience, with over 5 years in compensation and benefits
• Experience with technology-enabled Total Rewards programs and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday)
• Hands-on experience integrating Total Rewards programs into system workflows
• US Citizenship required
