Job Summary

Experienced project managers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Total Rewards Project Manager, responsible for leading the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives across global Benefits, Compensation, and Equity programs while coordinating activities with various functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution and delivery of multiple concurrent Total Rewards projects across Benefits, Compensation, and Equity
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs
  • Coordinate project activities across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global organization
  • Demonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholders
  • Strong project planning and execution skills, including managing schedules, risks, and deliverables
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
